As good as it gets for a "dumb" trainer
I'm not hard-core but used to ride a lot on the road. Now I mostly ride indoors for some fitness. I'm soon to be 75. This is a great machine for what it does. Top quality construction and very quiet. The only noise if from the tire in contact with the roller. I didn't need the included speed sensor since my bike has a Garmin speed and cadence sensor mounted.
