Exactly what I needed.
Turned out to be easier to install then the video i watched made it out to be.I only took me about a half hour from start to finish. Very easy! Mine did not come in the box but did have hardware. The paint had scuffs from being shipped with out the box. i guess that is why it was so cheap. still happy. I put this on a lease so I will not be keeping long term. A tip woudl be to let the hitch hang before you tighten. if you takr up the slack in the holes you will have to loosen to get clearance for the plastic pop out panel. 2021 subaru outbackVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good product but install instructions leave a lot to be desiredd
Good, well built hitch. Installation instructions, not so good. Pictures are terrible and it's much more difficult to install than indicated. Also, the install instructions from Curt for their trailer lights wiring harness, for the '20 Subaru Outback, are factually wrong, saying the location of the vehicle plug, to which the harness connects is in the wrong location in the car.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
