We're gonna party like it's 1999!
A younger Ralph Fiennes and an always strange but wonderful Juliette Lewis carried this movie and kept me watching to the end. Angela Basset was very one note. Some scenes and visual effects were really well done but it was very inconsistent. The crowd shots, mayhem making scenes and some dialogue choices were just not up to the standards I would expect from Oscar Winner James Cameron. Just OK. good movie from the 90's
dvd was as advertised. Unopened package. The only issue is that since the Movie and most likely the dvd itself is from the mid-1990's it isn't in widescreen format so the movie plays in a much smaller area on modern televisions. Also i couldn't get it to play on gaming console XBox one but it worked fine on PS5.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Tune Into A Different World From Your Own, In Strange Days!
This is a Great Sy-Fy movie from the 90's. It has a lot of action, and to some views it can be weird. It is set in the future and has to do with VR, in a way. The movie is long, so if your going to watch it make sure, you set 2 1/2 to watch the movie. My DVD came in great condition and played perfectly. Enjoyable
I had this movie before and lost it somewhere so I figured I'd buy it again since I enjoyed it a lot. I really liked the seedy not-to-distant dystopian future cyberpunk world that was created. Plus, the cinematography was very well done. Kinda wish there was a region 1 bluray available but I'm okay with DVD. Fortunately, I can zoom in on my PS5 because, while this is letterbox, it's still in a 4:3 aspect ratio so you need to zoom in to get it to fill modern widescreen tvs.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

If you are a Bladerunner or Matrix junkie, you must watch this movie. It is a movie for a true sci-fi fan; though it was only set 5 years in the future (made in 1994, about 1999, released in 1995), it is about a technology that can change our reality and future.
