Excellent book, and rewarding experience.
Excellent book, if you believe in self-help, and you probably wouldn't be reading this if that interest wasn't in you. I'm currently reading all the books written by this author, and personally find them all very rewarding. You could spend hundreds of dollars getting professional help, or use this one book and apply the teachings described therein, and transform yourself, if you personally have a mind to. Letting it go
It was recommended to me by a friend who is also in AA. Part of the recovery process for me is learning to forgive others who have hurt me. Holding onto that anger doesn't hurt them, it hurts me.
