Best multi-strain probiotic out there, even includes a prebiotic (a pro-bacterial food supply) to help launch the microbes optimally in the gut. Meticulously fermented in Japan with careful monitoring for 5 years - their most potent version. The blister packs are convenient to carry and don't need refridgeration as some do. Most people don't realize how much of one's immune system derives in the gut, so establishing good bacteria in the gut can make a difference. When I've regularly taken this over the years I've rarely had a gut problem. The only real knock is to the price, which went up in recent months. I supplement this with additional bacterial sources such as yogurt or kefir.
