Like the title says, the gels are of good quality. I bought these because the are much cheaper per dose than what I was taking previously. Very minimal fish burps, and it only lasts about an hour after ingesting if you do get them. I take these because I get wrist joint pain from lifting, and these gels make the pain non existent.
