I’m waiting on the feeder from Bradley to replace the defective one that came with it. I have used one of these previously for 10 years and used it a lot. But it was destroyed during a sudden wind storm. I also have given these as gifts over the last several years. A great product. Good construction but poor design
The 10 inch ceramic heater in it is way too small, will take good 2 hours to reach 150F and never went to 200F, you need keep your smoker minimum at 220F Photo shows pork baby back ribs at 5 hours ...15 briquettes and still half done The wood briquettes are expensive and each briquette is only 20 minutes of smoke, poor quality. I purchased what supposed to be Hickory wood and just smell burned sawdust from wood not HICKORY

This is the one
I have been waiting a long time for a really GOOD smoker and this is it. Easy to use, easy to load easy everything. I used it for the first time yesterday and it worked perfectly. Great beef ribs and chicken parts. This particular smoker is many times better than any of the "bullet" smokers I have tried. If you want ot do some real smoking, this baby will do it for you.
