WONDERFUL REPLACEMENT PART
Why can't we ever find just the small washer, or the "special" gear or other pieces to fix a larger unit. With this, I have and would like the world to know. Dealer replacement cable cost was over $500. The cable was fine, but the bushing wore out or broke. I located your company, offering repair kit for $24.99. I couldn't believe my luck. After purchasing it, mechanic (who had never seen these replacement bushings) was equally impressed. He installed them at a modest cost, and it is working like new. My thanks go out to manufacturers who do this. It is truly ridiculous and just plain robbery that a cable thats needs a bushing sells for $500 plus (oh, and yes, dealer said he was giving me a discount) when repair can be made for $25. Plus cost of mechanic if you can not do it yourself. Thank you and hope you make a million dollars on this product, because you are doing it the truly honest American way. Good luck. Waist of money and time.
I ordered two of this bushing from Lakeland Florida which was shipped via USPS, which is the slowest possible carrier the vendor could choose and something they could of expedited for pennies. To add to the misery it was not shipped out of Florida for over a week. They will blame it on the hurricane, but the USPS location received it on the 7th and no action was taken even though the hurricane was still 3 days away from Lakeland. After I received the bushing which I payed much more for it than than it was worth, I find that they had provided an installation procedure and a soft black button to assist with the install. The procedure does not tell you if you should install the bushing into the cable and then put the assembly on the shaft or to put on the shaft and then install the bushing. I tried it both ways. Due to the quality of the product it took many attempts to finish the install only to find out that the bushing that came off of the vehicle worked as good or better than the new bushing. Total waist of time and money. For the price they charge for this kit I could of purchased at least 5 of these bushings with out the instructions and the soft rubber cap which were worthless. I have ordered many products from E bay over the years. Most have been quality products. I will not be ordering a bushing from this Vender again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

After researching “shift cable bushings” online and going to the dealer to try to source one, this product was a great value at only $24.99. The dealership wanted to sell me the whole cable as they didn’t offer just the bushing. They wanted $306 plus tax. Are you kidding me?!?! This product is well made and is exactly as described. The installation took seconds after removing two bolts and two screws to expose the cable beneath the center console. I would highly recommend this product as being made of high quality materials. Saved me a ton of $
Toyota wants you to buy the entire cable for $280, when all I needed was this part! My husband even works for Toyota, but I didn’t need them thanks to this part! I took apart my own dash (so many easy videos on you tube), popped in this bushing, and put the dash pack together. Not bad for a 40yr old female ;-) Super easy! Thank goodness!!!!

Fixed my 2002 Camry linkage right away.
This was pretty easy to install since my original shift bushing totally disintegrated. I simply applied a little of the included grease and popped it right in.
