Aimed at preschool children ages four to eight, the series follows the globetrotting adventures of Arthur's best friend, Buster Baxter, as he travels across America with his airline-pilot father and a fictional Latin rock band called Los Viajeros. Each episode finds the cartoon rabbit visiting a different city in the U.S. and learning about its distinct regional culture while sending real-life video footage to his friends back home. Fun and educational, the series continues with these four episodes, which find Buster visiting a trailer park in Virginia Beach; clog-dancing in Winchester, Kentucky; touring a Pakistani neighborhood in Chicago; and learning tai chi in Seattle.
