Stairway to Heaven Korean Drama!
One of my personal favorites. It's a massive onslaught of emotions. It's a WILD RIDE. bring a box of tissues and some caffine. From childhood to the end this drama takes you places no western tv has ever taken you. If you liked Love story, this drama leaves that in the dust. A young girl, who's mother has died of an illness, grows up neighbors to a young boy, who's father has also died. They become fast friends in a lonely world. The time for higher education comes, and the boy who's mother is a cherbol (family owned conglomerates) sends him off overseas for his education. The girl who's supposed to go stays behind because her father remarried the evil step mother (along with her two problem kids) and it wouldnt be fair for her to go and her new siblings to stay behind. Then the torture begins. The girl is too dedicated to her father to let him know about the abuse she gets whenever he's not around. 4 years pass.. The evil stepsister has stolen the girls letters and just about everything else she owns. She wants the rich boyfriend too who she learns about thru the letters. The phone rings.. the boy is arriving at the airport, The evil sister tries to stop them reuniting.. the drama's music sends tingles down your spine, The race to the airport is on.. who will win? The boy, is now a man and he's returning to korea and the girl he left behind... he's come into his inheritance.. and that my friends is just where the story begins. What a ride this drama is. I think i will watch it again for the fifth time. The very best of K-drama! You can find treasures like this on ebay. Try to get the YA Entertainment version like this one is. Look for the YA logo on the box. Then you can rest assured you will get a quality product with good subtitles. These sell for quite a bargain on ebay.
