This vitamins may be good for someone used to eat candy but they gave me a terrible headache, 6 gummies a day sounds like a lot of gummies to ingest, not the product for me, gotta try the regular vitamins and deal with the horrible aftertaste after the strong unforgettable headache I got after I started this vitamins. i can’t recommend them
