Condor MOPC
Condor has received some bad press in the past, but I will tell you that I have NEVER purchased a Condor Product that I am not completely satisfied with it!!! This plate carrier is just a continuation of the quality of the Condor Product Lines!! I spent $400.00 on my last plate carrier and it came recommended by all sorts of people, well that high dollar plate carrier was a hunk of sh*t!!!! Fell apart after running it for less than 5 months! I work for a high risk security company and I have been on several deployments and I have tried the high dollar gear and I will tell you now that my entire kit is completely outfitted with Condor Products. Every item on my kit and battle belt is made by Condor. I trust my life to this gear and I have zero concerns about it. It is tops in my book. High quality material, fantastic stitching and the gear is made to last and stand up to the harshest conditions known to man and come out of it asking for more. I would highly recommend this plate carrier, because you won't find the quality anywhere else that is displayed in this product. Completely adjustable and made to last. Fits pretty much every size plate out there, including side plates that already have a side plate pockets built right into the cummerbund. These are *Great* Vests!
I now have a few of these Condor vests. They are very durable and WELL MADE. This is my first Multicam colored Condor vest and it seems every bit as good as my other ones, mostly in Coyote Brown. I've purchased Condor specific (MOPC) soft armor for all of my vests, and they've all got front and back stand alone Level IV armor in them as well. I have excellent all around coverage for this style/type of vest, and it's surprisingly comfortable even with all of the armor, pouches etc. that I've placed on it. Oh! Forgot to say that I've also placed SAPI plates on the sides as well as the soft armor, used the USMC side-plate carriers, they're tough as nails and attach fairly easily. Highly Recommend! Great for the money, could use closer attention to detail.
For the price this is a great plate carrier. Plenty of MOLLE and very comfortable moisture wicking padding. My only two complaints are in my opinion the sub-par stitching which may be insufficient with heavy use; and the securing buckles are too far to the rear and obstructed by the side plate pouches. This could be problematic when trying to quickly dawn and secure the carrier to your body. In all, this is a great plate carrier for light use, training, and comfortable long-time use. With that said, if you're looking for something for heavy tactical use, combat operations, or quick deployment, you may want to look for something a little more sturdy and ergonomical.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well built kit
Great piece of kit - be aware it states it will accept up to 6x8 side plates however it barely does, I purchased 6x8 plates and the flap barely closes to hold plates in! I am not happy about this. Other than that issue, the carrier is built very well. Pros: Comfortable Durable Almost everything you need Cons: Not designed for small frame people in mind. I have the shoulder straps tightened 100% and it still doesnt fit quite right.
