It works great, people can hear me fine when I'm talking. PROOF THAT MINE IS WATERPROOF ; I mistakenly left it in my short pocket and was mad that I found it at the bottom of the washer. I had left it in my shorts. BUT TO MY AMAZEMENT, I PLUGGED IT INTO THE CHARGER, AND IT CHARGED FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND WHEN i TURNED IT ON IT WORKED, YES WORKED LIKE NORMAL. NO ISSUES AT ALL ! Speaker works fine, no issues at all. I was upset at first because it was brand new and I thought I had thrown away $18 already !
