Great chipset, full-featured, quality motherboard!
Great board. Compatible with all 3 Ryzen generations and full of features. Easy overclock tuning and quality VRMs to deal with the voltages. I've got one of these paired with a 1700x and one paired with a 1600 (AF model so basically the 2600) and have a 3900x on the way which I'll put in another. My only complaint is that it does not have built-in wifi, but it is a fair amount cheaper than Asus models that do so can't really hate it for that. It is still a very nice motherboard that looks great and has plenty of features. If you don't need specific things like PCI gen 4 m.2 slots (the vast majority of consumers do not) that the x570 series offers, then it is a fantastic motherboard that offers plenty of performance for a good price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Excellent board
I bought this x470 board along with my AMD 2700X and GSKILL tridentz 3200MHZ 8x2gb and they all work flawlessly together. Here are a few pictures of the ram and programs. This motherboard is great for oc enthusiasts or beginners. The bios is very easy to use. There is a oc wizard function for those who don't like to mess around in the bios manually. Ai Suite 3 comes with a lot of useful tools. Don't use the CD, go to their website and download the programs w bios update. Asus Aura is very easy to use to sync all your rgb devices. For ram in dual channel put them in slot 2 and 4. You'll need to go to ai tweaker in bios and adjust the mhz of your ram up incrementally until you hit your rated ram. DO NOT go straight to your rated ram setting as it may not be stable. This does take a few minutes of restarting and going back to the bios but it's a stable way. At stock all ram over 2166mhz is set to that. I added a picture for those who like to leave their phone or something usb charging after shutdown. Enable this option in the pic. Great board 100% would recommend to anyone. Very future proof.

Fantastic Mobo
I enjoy using ASUS bios, so it wasn't hard to figure out that I wanted one of their boards for a new PC. Planning a build around the upcoming Zen 2 release, I knew I needed a higher end x470 for future upgrades. Short of getting the crosshair, this is the best board that ASUS offers. It's a good set up, has a fair amount of fan headers, solid VRMs for overclocking. I'm not big on RGB so the minimalist approach this board offers is perfect. The heat spreader for the M.2 is quite nice also. I wouldn't consider myself an extreme overclocker or anything but I do like to tinker with my PC, and this board has made that an enjoyable experience.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
