RENPHO Bluetooth Smart Scale
The RENPHO bathroom scale is AWESOME! Our old scale was driving us nuts, It would vary +/- 3 pounds from measurement to measurement taken one after the other, I had to kick a button to turn it on and wait for it to zero, and then step on and hold still until I got a measurement, Since my whole family was interested in losing weight, we needed a better scale to track weight, The RENPHO smart scale at $24, was cheaper than a non smart glass scale bought locally. Everyone was giving the RENPHO great reviews, that made the decision for me. Why not try it? The scale was packaged in a box that included well written instructions. It is just as easy to use as the reviews said. Download the app, set up your profile, connect bluetooth, your done. The scale is accurate and repeatable, Unlike the old scale that just presented a number when it was done, the RENPHO show the weight as it is measuring it, then a series of zeros as it is measuring body fat. I realize that the body fat and other parameters are not as accurate as if you had them professionally taken, but what is important is that they are repeatable, The RENPHO scale is excellent for tracking you progress as you modify your diet to control your weight. It is fairly light, but yet quite rugged. The instructions say to momentarily put weight on the scale and then wait for it to zero before stepping on. I have found no difference in weight, using this method, or just stepping on without watiting for the zero. I think the scale zeros after you step off, so it doesn't really matter. The Android phone app works great. I bring the app up every morning, step on the scale, done! It keeps history and shows you graphs of progress. It's a miracle!
Unable to find one of the previous great reviews. Someone reported that her husband is losing 15 pounds a week after they got these scales. I can say that it doesn't sound realistic, I really doubt that statement is true. I started losing my weight even before I got scales. Actually I noticed that I'm more and more skinny right after I made a decision to order this item. Scales arrived in two days. And I was losing a pound per hour while waiting for delivery. 48 hours - 48 pounds. And keep losing and losing. It was especially a big surprise on the third day after we received that scales. My wife paid attention that my penis looks little bigger. She got a ruler and YES! It was almost one inch longer. We have nice surprises day after day now. DOB in my ID is 07.05.1976 instead of 07.05.1974, car odometer is 30K miles instead of 75K like a month ago. My mortgage interest rate is 2 points down. My hair is not gray anymore. However I wouldn't recommend that scales to anybody. They cause your brain stop working and generate a lot of BS :) Hope my review is helpful :) PS. This is my second Rhepho scale. Works great
I have had the same scale at my primary residence for over 1.5 years. Using the weight trending part of the app has helped me lose over 40 lbs. in that timeframe.
