Once You Use A BedJet You Will Never Go Back to Blankets, or HVAC
My experience is my review. I have four BedJets. I at first bought one, then wanting dual zone control bough another. Then bought one for my GF's bed, and another for my ex GF in Los Angeles. Why?
Because I LOVE using my BedJet.
With my BedJet, starting three months ago I have stopped using blankets on my bed. I put them all into storage. Why?
With the BedJet it is like having a temperature controlled cloud as your blanket. During the winter, even on 35 degree nights (that's cold here in San Francisco) I have NEVER used a blanket to keep toasty warm, the BedJet provides a precise term-controlled environment as I sleep.
With my BedJet I'm making money WHILE I SLEEP! How?
Because of the electric bill savings; i.e., we run two BedJets on low power, and completely turn off heating in the house, even in the bedroom. . The family (wife, two dogs, and myself) are kept toasty warm while the rest of the house is cold as a meat locker. This formula = big energy savings. You will realize that too with a BedJet, especially if your central heat system warms the entire house, or nothing.
With the BedJet I am able to sleep uninterrupted through the night, whether it's hot or cold outside. How?
With the BedJet III remote I can make the air-filled sheet as hot or cool as I want. During the winter I sometimes set the temp to 92 degrees. If later I determine 92 is too hot, with the remote I can schedule the BedJet to lower the temp (for me, it lowers to 87 degrees at 3:00 am. End result, I'm NOT waking up in the middle of the night to adjust the temp.
Also gone are the nights when I had to either add or toss a blanket because I was feeling too cold or overheated. (I find it real annoying to wake up in the middle of the night because my body is telling my brain to get or toss a blanket.
Bottom Line: I guarantee that once you use a BedJet III you won't ever voluntarily go back to what it was like before you had the BedJet.
Bonus Tip: Yes, there's a choice you have, buying a BedJet II or III. All four of my BedJets are the III. From everything I have read, the III is a BIG improvement over the II. For example, the 3 comes with a WiFi remote, that allows you to make adjustments and fine tune your "experience." (I hate when people use that word, so yeah, I'm hating myself right now.)
I also understand that the BedJet III has a smaller footprint and is quieter than the BedJet II. So if you have the money, definitely go with the III. The improvements are far too substantial to settle for a BedJet II. E.g., the intricately designed WiFi remote is an uber cool .
Trivia: How did the BedJet come about? Well, the inventor worked with NASA to develop temperature controlled space suits for the astronauts, the temp inside the suit regulated with heated and cooled air. The BedJet inventor wondered if air could be injected into a bed sheet "envelope" that would take the place of bed blankets. Fast forward to today, we can now enjoy the BedJet III.
Bonus Comment: Our dogs approve of the BedJet III. (See pic).
