Not you’re average amp.
I have this amp connected to two 12 kicker cvrs and 1ohm and wow. Birth certificate came in at 925 rms. I have the gain up maybe 25 percent and that is more than my speakers can handle. At 50 percent my speakers cut off. I highly recommend this amp but make sure you have good speakers that can handle a massive beating! This is an upgrade from a fosgate prime 750.1. What the fosgate did at nearly 100% this cxa can do at less than half the power.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Killer amp!
First had 2 kicker shallow mount comp cvt 2 ohm 10 inch subs, switched to pioneer shallow mount but amp is incredible, half power and its all the 10's can handle. Top knotch power outta this AMP!! I have to run the sub level off the deck at -15 and this amp still pounds my 2 JL w3 8s. Plus the amp came with a BASS Knob!!!
