Works well, has three fan settings and a turbo mode. Instructions are in Japanese and I'm struggling to get a precise translation via Google, so I'm not sure what two of the buttons do. It comes with an attachment to enable the device to be hung from the back of a head restraint or you can strap it to the rear centre armrest.
