Almost Perfect.!
The best feature of the Citiz machines is the MANUAL piercing lever. It's easy to use, doesn't eat electricity and isn't prone to breakdown as is so often the case in "totally" automated machines where the piston jams or dies, resulting in the end of the entire machine. 2 things I don't like is 1) The Milk-Frother is attached. The obvious advantage is not requiring a separate outlet however if it fails, it affects the entire unit and vice-versa. 2) It doesn't have an ON/OFF switch and instead employs the use of the Brew buttons, which will result in them wearing out sooner instead of later.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Real espresso!
This is the real deal. Espresso like you would enjoy in a good Italian cafe. We’re still experimenting with the flavors but Levanto seems to be the front runner. The machine itself is compact and looks sharp. Heats up very quickly and brews even faster. The frothier heats and whips our milk or creamer into a little cloud of deliciousness. Makes a shot of expresso or a “lungo” which is basically twice the size of a shot but milder. And something important to me - biodegradable cups!
