This unit is marketed as having a digital tv tuner in it which it does not have. It needs a jungle jim of cables to hook up. Overall it is a decent recorder for the price. I needed to transfer a lot of camcorder videos and stills to dvd. It does that with good quality. Easy editing, nice display of titles. Rca cables don't work
Brand new RCA cables only work in audio and not video. I will try other forms to transfer the signal from the recorder to the television such as sd cable. If that doesn't work I'm not sure what I'm going to do.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
