Decent enough for Plex!
Used in an old HP base unit, currently sat in the loft, acting as a media server. Was the highest rated CPU my mo/bo could take. Works well trans-coding 720p on the fly for Plex. Not tried any higher quality or any more devices. For what I needed it for, it's perfect - and, these-days - cheap!
