My method of taking black seed oil --------- works great !!
As advertised the taste is just AWFUL, plus it burns your throat; however, by simply taking something cold to drink just BEFORE and immediately AFTER you swallow makes all the difference in the world and makes this process very acceptable. I'm supposed to take 3 teaspoons per day for my situation; but, instead I take 1-1/2 teaspoons twice a day, once in the morning and just before going to bed.
