Well worth the price.
This reel is outstanding! It cast a country mile and is very smooth.. well worth the money. I'm not an expert at casting a Baitcaster but with th slx DC I feel like one now. I'm gonna buy my daughter and son one.

Without a doubt, the best reel in this price range.
This reel is amazing and the sing-song it makes when you cast. It bombs casts. With a 1/2 oz. lure I can easily cast 50+ yards. I'm running Fin's 30# braid to a Seaguar Red Label 20# FC leader and it is the bomb.
