I remember hearing about Melatonin yrs ago and despite being prescribed many drugs to help my chronic insomnia with mixed results, forgot about Melatonin until finding it here on eBay. This is a gentle but V effective treatment. On an empty stomach it gets to work within 20 mins or so and washes relaxation through your body. This should get you to sleep. The secondary affect helps keep you asleep, and you wake with no fuzzy or druggie after effects. The best effects are obtained by using it every other night as your system quickly gets used to the Melatonin. I experienced no withdrawal symptoms after a month of use. Doesn't work as well
This brand in particular must have more filler because one 10 mg doesn't do much of anything when the brand I usually use knocks me out. I've been using it for about a week now (I have low melatonin production) and need to take 2-3 to help. I seriously doubt I'm taking 30mg. For all the fancy packaging I expected better quality. The worst supplier I ever deled with.

The medicine works very well to help you fall asleep. You wake up without feeling groggy or like a truck ran you over. This medicine is very mild, not strong at all.
