Good, but can be tricky - and I personally prefer Office 2010!
Fairly easy to download & install (but, then I have already done this several times before on other PC's!) - but you do need fast broadband because it's a big download! Also, and I have had this happen), you might need to use the telephone authorization route, which is time-consuming and tricky, but usually does work. Although the product is good it is no better than expected Initially I had problems installing it as I had to remove an earlier version and this turned out to be very time consuming as I could not simply uninstall the old version but had to use another little known Microsoft utility to uninstall. Once the program was installed you had to be careful as the program kept saving the files in the cloud rather than from where they were opened originally. Once this problem was realised the programs were easy to use, especially if you had knowledge of previous versions of Microsoft Office. As a retired person, I have no need to run an office, but having tried out the software I have absolutely no doubt that it will do all I need it to do without any problem.
