The product works but the spring needs to be locked into position by drilling a pinhole into the plastic. Otherwise the spring mechanism is useless. Great product considering Mercedes offers only to replace the full console for $1,700...

Backwards spring but Cups fit snug now
Fits perfect but the springs came on in reverse. Had to remove them and flip to install properly.
