Quality built part. Not exactly what one would think when they think drop arm though.
The good: It is a quality built part. The not so good: In a side by side comparison, this drop pitman arm is almost identical in drop to the O.E. pitman arm, so this isn't technically a drop arm. It is more different than my first impression though, as it appears to be around 1/4" shorter from steering box shaft to drag link center points, and it has a slightly different angle to better center the ball in the socket on the drag link knuckle. I was surprised to see that there is enough difference to change the clocking of my steering wheel about 45 degrees. My ZJ has a malignant case of death wobble, and I have replaced almost everything in the front end at this point. This part does ever so slightly improve the steering geometry, so it's worth a try in battle where every 1/4" counts.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
