NOT for the faint of heart. Lots of small parts to fit and assemble. Take your time and enjoy. Good directions so read BEFORE you start. Very detailed model that comes with detailed instructions that if followed exactly will result in a model that you'll take pride in. The only downside is that the parts are easy to break if you don't take extreme care in handling them. A rewarding exercise in patience
I read one review that said that this kit is not for the faint of heart, I agree, but if you want to challenge yourself this kit could very well be what your looking for. Tools that helped me the most were magnifying glasses, and high quality sharp point tweezers. Read, re-read and read again the instructions and you won't go wrong. This model is of such quality it deserves your best effort. Work alone free of stress and distractions and you will be greatly rewarded with a beautiful trophy you'll be proud to display anywhere. Mine looks like crap, but I'm still proud as can be of mine. I have the boom car kit on the way now. Love Tichy Train products. Good luck

Beautiful, well crafted model
There is a lot of detail, from rivots on the body panels to gears, spools and pulleys. The plastic is very good too, with no warping or other defects. The instructions say it is a 6 - 8 hour build. But with painting and weathering, I suspect it is a bit more. But it has been a fun and interesting build so far. If you have any interest in brownhoist, you cannot go wrong here.
