This is a sweet knife. Sharpens easy and cuts where you want to go. Extremely predictable character which promotes confidence. I have the wooden handle knife which allows me a good hand hold even when it gets dirty. I clean and oil the blade after each use, and I use course steal wool to clean the handle to clean and provide the texture I like when cleaning fish.
