The Zenith's Allegro VCRs provide with a great quality of video and sound playback. It features a lot of useful things, among which is the EZ Record that enables you to use Instant Timer Recording (ITR) to start the VCR recording and have its timer turn it off up to 4 hours later. Each press of a single button adds 30 minutes to the record time. It's an optimum way to record without programming the timer in advance. Additional features include EZ Skip that enables Commercial Skip to automatically skip up to 2 minutes during tape playback. Press the remote control CM SKIP button 1, 2, 3 or 4 times for 30, 60, 90 or 120 seconds, respectively. VCR skips a full 2 minutes of commercials in about 8 seconds (EP mode) and then resumes normal playback.
