Waterproof?

Epoxy plastic putty repair stick for a variety of things (this type handles underwater repairs too)
This putty epoxy stick is awesome stuff. This water/plastic type is so sticky and gooey it is hard to manage. The trick to maleate this stuff I found is a dab of water on your fingers after it is activated then added to touch. Then you will have a very pliant lump to shape as needed.
