my internet with another company's hotspot had gone from minimal to zero .. so any improvement is a blessing. I wish the hotspot was easier to use.. On the old one I would just turn it on and walla! Everything was included in the box, and activation was easy when done by the number listed in the "Let's get started" activation guide (866-707-5550). I'm located in a valley so sometimes wireless services are weak at this location, but this ATT device works fine here.
