WOW! A rare case of the quality of the product quality exceeding the claims of the manufacturer! All of the holes for the hardware actually line up perfectly! The hardware is top notch stuff, it looks to be stainless steel. They even provided curved washers for the curved surfaces. The plate that slides under the spa provides good stability for the handrail. A recent injury ,made it almost impossible for me to get in and out of the spa.This handrail is a great invention.
