A good replacement
The BIOS developed issues with the MSI board I had, and this AsRock board is its replacement. It's a GPU mining board, but wasn't bought to do that job, but simply to be a stable replacement for its predecessor board. It's stable and fast, and is a good value, another reason I got it. Its extra PCIe lanes will possibly be used for RAIDS down the road. I would like to add that I have decided just to run one GPU, and it's worth two, and use the other PCI e slots for other types of devices that give me more nUSB and SATA ports. Now my system is just about perfect.

Defective. BENT CPU socket pins. Check before install. Suggest manufacturer seal to prove NEW.
Defective. Don't know if it is open box or manufacturer defect. Install everything and doesn't power on. Then tested everything on other machines and work perfect. Finally saw BENT pins on CPU socket when putting the plastic covering to return it safely back to NEWEGG. Learn a lesson today. No Asrock and check pins before putting CPU in. CPU still looks good for new motherboard

It handles a lot of gpu’s but the slots are to close you have to insulate your plugs so you won’t short it other then that it’s a great buy easy to program once you figure out how to get in bios

I made my mistake. buying refurbished.
I regret after I put everything together and try to find out what I did wrong. I got this same card and like it. however, working on with this refurbish. I was try to put all 12 gpu. It doesn't work. I found out that the 16 pin in one of the slot is bad. Plus, It only allows to put 9 gpu max. Take so much time to troubleshoot.

Great board for a mining rig!
Good, inexpensive mining rig motherboard. Parts have been typically cheap (CPU, CPU cooler, DDR3 RAM) so this is a good option for a 6 GPU rig. Having the on-board video is very helpful when trying to see what is going on with the OS, BIOS, etc.

PCI-E slots galore!
Great motherboard for the price. Not even using it for bitcoin mining but more for all the pcie slots. Have an i7-4790K with 16GB RAM and 24x 1TB drives in MS Storage Spaces. It scoots!
