This is a great product! I have ordered 3 times and I am getting ready to order again. I take between 40, and 60 grams a day. During the time I have been taking this type of vitamin C I feel better then I have in a long time. For anyone starting on a high dose regiment I would not start with more then 5 grams at a time. You don't want to spend your day in the bathroom. I won't get into how to take vitamin C that is up to you. This product by this company has keep my husband who has gotten bronchitis or pneumonia every winter of his adult life bronchitis and pneumonia free for the past 2 1/2 years. He has severe COPD and allergic asthma and is very at-risk. We take 1/2 tsp daily in orange juice in the morning with some pink salt for magnesium. I can't speak highly enough about it.
