Good case
This case means I don't have to treat my phone like an egg. It can take the daily knocks it gets. Even better I do not have to have the phone on charge 3 times a day. Since I have had it it has hardly ever needed to transfer to the phone's internal battery. I am getting used to the bulk, but stepped up from Otterbox defender, so not such a big jump. So far it is taking full charge without any degradation, but it's early days. Having read reviews I applied a screen protector to the outside of the screen. Indestructable Essential
I've been using the Mophie PRO for over 4 years traveling all over the world. Sand in Tanzania, Rain in DRC, mud in Kenya, rough hiking in the mountains and then sea salt spray. Have managed to really trash the protective screen but nary a dent, scratch or drop of water on the phone. I've provided the first two I bought to Missionaries who still use them. This is the third one that I was going to use myself, but it's on its way to places unknown to work with an NGO. Bomb proof but bulky
I bought this because my old one quit charging the batteries. The weak spot is not the little flaps that give you access to the charging port and the selector switch. They held up perfectly. The mini USB charging connection gave out on the first one after three years of abuse. I took the charging and electronics out of the new case and it was an easy direct replacement for the old case of the same model. My old one is hi vis orange and brown. I would have lost this black one years ago. The sound quality is an accurate reproduction of my uncased phone. Just make sure you line everything up when assembling the case around the phone. Battery life is 24 hours or more depending on use. My old case case with the phone installed took a tumble off a motorcycle doing 50 mph and the phone survived. It’s only down fall is the bulk. It’s perfect for me and does a great job of bomb proofing and extending battery life. I've been using Mophie cases for all of my iPhones since the Mophie company started and I buy an iPhone at least once, sometimes twice a year. In fact my Mophie case purcases are automatic... By an iPhone and a Mophie case at the same time. I wouldn't use my phone without the mophie. I've never had any battery down time thanks to the Mophie Juice Pack Pro. This is the case you want if you work in harsh enviroments as I sometimes do.
