Better in person :)
In the photos the chair cover looks a tad flimsy, but in person it's pretty substantial and so far has held up well in VERY windy Chicago conditions on a high rise balcony. The elastic around the bottom really does the trick. My last chair cover blew away - this one is sturdy and a good price!!
