Great source of fiber
I have been taking nopalina for a while. I take medication and I get very constipated, I have tried different sources of fiber but, nothing has worked for me as well as the nopalina. Nopalina works for me better than I expected. When I add this to my morning routine I feel great all day. (sometimes I don't add it and then I can feel the difference with my energy level) I would add that the instruction should include a brief period to let the drink sit and allow moisture to be absorbed by the fiber (chia seed).
