hi quality for a low cost mic
this mic has a smoother transition from syllable to syllable, a little more accuracy , a little less boxiness, a little less boominess, a little less muddiness and a little less sibilance... when compared to the first generation studio projects b1 and the lewitt 240 pro microphones, along with several other mics ive owned in the $100 to $600 price range... i found the low cut filter to be useful ... most mics sound a little harsh when the low cut/hi-pass filter is activated...i inspected the internal circuit boards... it has two circuit boards instead of one- an uncommon feature in budget mics... the components appear to be of high quality and sturdy... the capsule and diaphragm look and perform at the level of more expensive mics... the internal parts dont look cheap, nor does the exterior... i am a male low baritone and a recording engineer from the analog era...Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
