Super stupid marketing decision
These are the only alternative to what we had before but these are over priced and unnecessary. The Dewalt Maxfit Phillips #2 X 2 In. L Power Bit And Sleeve Set contains one of the old sleeves for more cost than the set of 3 used to sell for. While plastic it can be used on lots of bits. The DWA2PH21R2S don't seem to work of any bits but the ones in the package - THAT REALLY BLOWS. The plastic magnetic sleeves as I mentioned used to be sold in sets of 3 for under 10 bucks at home depot here in the US. Now only a single sleeve is available in certain overprice sets. The exception is the 30 bit set which contains only one sleeve. If it breaks you have to buy 2 bits for more money than the set of 30 or buy another set of 30. If you are Canadian you can the plastic sleeves all day long. However no-one offers them here anymore and home depot won't ship them to the US. Yes the descriptors BS and stupid comes to mind.
