The NAD DVD player is a smart solution for those locations where space is limited, but sound requirements are high, such as dorm rooms, apartments, and bedrooms. The NAD L 54 combines a DVD and CD player, an AM/FM tuner, and a substantial 50 watts per channel all in one receiver. By adding a good pair of loudspeakers and a TV or video monitor, the DVD player delivers high-quality sound and video display. The NAD L 54 offers a built-in AM/FM tuner that includes 30 favorite station presets that can be custom named. They can also display an automatic stream of information about the music being played and the station. The NAD DVD player supports DVD-Video, VCD, SVCD, CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3, JPEG, WMA, and DivX formats. The DVD player also features progressive scan. Additional sources can be connected to the NAD DVD player via two digital inputs, while a digital output enables connection to a to another recording device.
