Good book and title is on (Know Thy Self).
The book put history and it contexts in a factual summary. It also provide good example of history time period and activities that took places. It a good read for everyone's and especially black boys and girls. I first read this book around ten year ago and met the author Dr. Akbar in person. This is a highly recommended book do everyone's.
