Best hand mixers by far goes to Cuisinart
This model is just as powerful as the 9 speed model. What a workhorse! Hands down better than kitchenaid or any others, and yes, I had a kitchenaid 9 speed mixer (what a disappointment!). Clear difference between speeds and holds the power steady. Nice compact size. Easy to get the beaters in and out with the release lever. This hand mixer is quiet and powerful. Got it so the wife doesn't have to pull out the big kitchen aid all the time. Whips potatoes with ease. Finally replaced the old Hamilton beach. Huge difference! Highly recommend to anyone that doesn't want to pluck down $100 bucks for a kitchen aid.
