I'm very pleased with the quality of this item, and the price of it was mind blowing. You're getting dual, folks, at a very affordable price. I'm just now doing this review because I had to wait until another cable arrived. Let me tell you, it worked like a charm. It gave that buzzing and humming noise the boot. I'm loving how Pyle is giving us nice products that can deliver and that are well within a lot our budgets. I intend on getting the recorder by Pyle as well. The name says it all. It's a PILE...
The ground lift buttons are the cheapest thing they could find in Shenzhen that day, and the attenuator selector switches literally fell out of the case after opening the package. The laminations on the tiny (read: poor quality) transformers are neither isolated nor properly potted so there's a TON of parasitic inductance below 80Hz and above 4kHz because they're flapping in the wind. On the bright side, if you want a paper weight, this is a good buy, but it's not heavy enough to be a door stop.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Bad switches
The switches are poorly made. It made a large noise when plugged into a guitar/amp. The noises come and go as I lightly touched the switches. I already returned the unit. You may get lucky and receive one that is made ok, but they don't seem to do their quality control very well. This means the unit you are getting may or may not be a good one. It worked for what I bought it for, but.... it had a problem
The unit worked for interfacing a non-balanced and balance input/output and got rid of the hum but the device had a defective db level switch and had to be troubleshot before I could get it to work. In reviewing other purchasers, that seems to be a recurring problem with these. Does what it should for a great price
I run my bass through a stereo rig on my pedal board and needed two channels to run to the mixing board. This unit is used for live gigs and so far has performed flawlessly. Decent DI box
The Pyle PDC-22 dual pro DI box is a surprisingly affordable well built unit. I bought it for my keyboard player who uses to keyboards. We run dual 1/4” in and dual XLR out. The ground lift works well and quickly eliminated hum. I have not used the attenuation switches and they’re left at 0db. The box itself is sturdy and all connections are tight. Versatile
They just plain work as described; well-built and a life-saver for isolating ground issues and matching impedance. You can even reverse the direction of the signal (balanced to unbalanced or vice versa) due to these being passive. Can't do that with active D/I boxes.
