Poor design
The toothbrush seems to clean okay but not as well as the old style. The flosser is better than nothing but not much. You cannot replace the brush on the stand without using two hands as the connector wads up and is difficult to get in place. I would prefer the brush was a little larger, and it would be great if it rotated. Works well but should be redesigned
It's nice to have it all in one appliance but... the hose storage is awkward. To replace the brush back on the charger you must be careful to be sure the waterpic hose is coiled just right. Also when I'm running late I like to be able to walk around while brushing my teeth. I have mixed reviews of this product. It works great but I have always had a Sonic toothbrush in the past. But Im terrible at flossing so I got this so I could do both without much effort. Good product overall.
While the item was what I thought I wanted, in actual use it is evident that a combo toothbrush and waterpik is not totally compatible. If you try to do the brushing and waterpik at the same time, it washes out the toothpaste. I found that if I use the toothbrush as usual then finish up with the waterpik, then it works well and the waterpik does the rinsing of the toothpaste while flushing the gums. Perhaps that is as the manufacturer intended. However, a separate toothbrush and waterpik would work as well in that method.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Works very well and as described. However, the brush head is very small and doesn't yet feel as though it is as thorough as another manufacturer. Helpful to be able to regulate the pressure of the water stream in the flossing function. I HAVE USED A WATER PICK AND A ELE TOOTH BRUSH FOR SEVERAL YEARS, BUT THIS DEVICE ALLOWS LESS CLUTTER AT THE BATHING BOWL, AND ONE LESS WIRE.
