TV power board shipped only in a bubble wrap envelope
The reason for 3 stars is the way this electronic device was shipped. It was not boxed but shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. Needless to say there were a few bent resistors on the board that would have likely shorted out if I had not looked it over carefully before installing. It should of been put into a small cardboard box with the board wrapped in bubble wrap inside. I am amazed the board itself was not cracked. Whoever packaged this for shipping was not thinking. It had to come from the east coast USA to the west coast of Canada. Like I said, it is amazing it made it in one piece for which I am thankful.
