Excellent in almost all respects
From a technical standpoint, the sound, flexibility and use are all excellent. The Remote3 app should be an embarrassment to Onkyo. As well, using the regular remote to change alpha numeric labels and such is really, really annoying and the ability to do this should have been made available on the unit's web page. Of course you mostly only have to do this once, or infrequently. Still....... Really impressed with my vendor and that the unit arrived a little ahead of schedule; thanks! Very happy I bought this.

I feel like i have been cleverly deceived.
Note # the input and standby outer plastic switches are missing but they are still functional working well. Failed to mention the input shaft is broken off which is inside the chassis, and missing so there is nothing even there to put a knob on. Failed to note that the standby switch inner parts are completely missing that go to the micro switch, which is on a circuit board inside the metal chassis. I would have never bought this if I had known the input switch shaft was broken off.

A "sound" buy
The Onkyo arrived much earlier than expected which was great. The sound I was looking for came. too. Having lost some of my hearing I needed the Onkyo to improve the sound quality of our TV. Both the music and speech sound much better so I pleased with the purchase.
