They are open boxes without any cover. They show significant wear and tear may be because of open box or Re certified jot sure. I replaced one is working fine but second one haven’t have chance to replace.

Excellent value Cutler Hammer Arc Faule 20 Amp Circuit Breakers

HELP WHEN NEEDED
We are in the middle of a new addition and the inspector decided we needed these new style breakers and our little local shop didnt stock them and said it would be 2 weeks ! Well I went to ebay and found what I needed at a way better price and shipping was qouted as wed 23 rd. Date, which was much quicker than local.
