Used this brand and stopped smoking.
I highly recommend this product. The step one patches didn't want to stick too well so i used medical tape over the edges and that worked great. They did such a great job curbing any cravings that by step 2 phase I just skipped to step 3 and was done with it. It's probably not recommended to do that, but ion my case, it worked ok. I would reduce your smoking to a half a pack a day two weeks before starting these which will let you start with step 2 nicotine dosing of about 14 mg per day or about half a pack's worth.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Nicoderm makes the best patches
I buy Nicoderm patches because they stay put --unlike others-- and because they seem to have the greatest effect in stopping cravings for cigarettes.
