Good purchase - so far
I've used this bed for only two weeks now. I followed the instructions for inflation and had no trouble. There are three settings for firmness. Generally, I prefer a firm setting. However, having read other reviews, I decided to try the middle setting. That provides a nice firm mattress. Having the automatic settings is very nice. Gives me confidence that the bed is not over inflated. The never flat pump ran a few times during the past weeks. It runs quiet, but, loud enough that a light sleeper might be wakened by it running. I purchased two other air beds in recent years. One developed a leak after three years of use. And, the second developed a leak after 3 months of use. So while quite pleased at this moment, time will tell if it will hold up over the years.

Its good for 3 weeks
Got this mattress almost 3 weeks ago, it was lovely. Very comfortable, the never flat worked great. But 2 days ago noticed the never flat pump running more than usual and the mattress seem to be less firm than usual, after a quick visual under the sheets saw there's a hole. Near where one of the "pockets" or indentions are in the mattress, like near the seam a small hole. I patched it with supplied patch but obviously there's more holes because mattress will not full inflate. I'm 50 years old single guy using this to strictly sleep, was happy until the holes appeared. Will see how returns work and how the next mattress holds up.
